To stabilize the economy, those who stand high upon the hierarchy of Wynn seek to oppress any sentence that come within the lower status Wynncrafters.
Is this to protect? Is this to harm? How much pain should we inflict to prevent pain from being inflicted? These are questions that have no definitive answer, yet we shall strike to find a better balance. The oppression is apparent, yet the community remains stable, yet for how long does it take for power to lead to corruption. Reflections of power leading towards corruption are clear throughout the history of humanity; ever since the rise of autocrats and imperialists, there have been numerous cases of oppression. Should to take away the right of one man for the right of another man? That is the question. The current state of the Wynncraft community puts on tight strips on its remains Wynncrafters, leading to unprecedented levels of depression, both economically and physiologically. Other loopholes exist within the quickly enforced rules that have yet to be updated since times long ago. Since the rare case of amendments being applied to regulations, the gaps within legal and illegal has opened up a gray area, of which those who want to can easily exploit the system.
"Lock up your libraries if you like; but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt that you can set upon the freedom of my mind"
The Wynncraft hierarchy has put a strain and a halt to the expansion of the free market, and to those who are only beginning to experience the life of a trader. How do we assume the fairness of the trade market if the rules are enforced through emotion and guesses? It is indeed impossible, and therefore this system is rigged from the roots. Like most systems implemented in the modern era, the Wynncraft administration uses a system of crime and punishment, which may prove effective at first, yet upon closer examination when the system is exploited, it can cause massive issues towards the feelings of players. Quoting the Nelson Mandela: "When a man is denied the right to live the life he believes in, he has no choice but to become an outlaw."
An outlaw for sure, yet an outlaw to who? When the right and wrong doing of individuals are judged by a select few, bias is unavoidable. Punishment should only be applied to those who are clearly doing such things of horrendous scales and is clearly labeled against regulations. Punishment, just as torture, will be proven as a failure of society, and as we progress into the future, becoming a stronger, more advanced and open community, we shall endorse the ideology of behaving and reward, other than crime and punishment.

Brining in personal opinion, I believe that I have the right to continue the bidding of the mysterious artifact located in the outskirts of Lutho, as it is fully legal and I have the full right to create such an auction. Unlike the rules of an auction within the boundaries set by the authoritarians, I believe the bidder has the right to retract any bid as long as the auction is not over, and due to the closing of the thread, the closure of this auction will be delayed to the first of April, all details remain the same in the closed thread.

The artifact still rests safely on its throne, waiting to be released to the world.
If you wish to contact me to retract an bid or put on a new bid please contact me at:

Extra Information Regarding Closure of Thread (From other document):
Now is shall talk about this trading forums a bit more. Further elaborating on the previous point provided, the Wynncraft server allows free trading between players within a certain set of rules, which I quote "scamming," "overpricing," "displaying of items," "tricking," and "selling of vanilla items," along with other rules regarding the regulations to keep a fair auction. With this being said, the selling of an item should be free as long as the price is not unrealistic to a point where no buyer would ever offer. In my case, the godly item was given a fair price that people were willing to bid on, as seen by the list of people bidding and the price rising up significantly from the starting bid. The auction thread was closed for being, and I quote "a troll or joke," which is neither true nor a reason that is valid to close a thread.
To state why these rules shouldn't be applied, the rules of the trade market do not regulate joke threads to be closed after publishing, such as other threads with funny ideas such as selling bad collector items, which may be referred to as a "joke." The second point I would like to make against the closing of the thread is due to the fact of the bid not being one of a joke in nature, as reflected through the seller and the buyer, of which both sides put much effort into creating and bidding for the item. Another statement that the moderator has made for closing the thread is because of "overpricing," as it was assumed the value of the liquid emerald for sale is one liquid emerald. This steps into a deeper realm of trading, which involves a lot more thought and care to explain. The liquid emerald put on the bid was seen buy the bidders to have special value within, or else the price would not have risen up in the first place, as the godly item sold took place in an auction, not a normal shop. This proves that the item has certain specialties to it. Another topic I would like to discuss briefly is on the topic of overpricing. Overpricing is considered putting an item above its acceptable value, which I have clearly not in my case. Buyers willing to overpay for an item is fundamentally different from sellers overpricing an item, and this is reflected especially clear in the auction regarding moon towers, which ended up with the boots selling for far more than the value would be expected it. This all shows that the trade market is being regulated in such ways that are unethical, as upon closer examination of the moderators speech, we find the word "think" being used, which is a highly subjective word, further showing that the thread shouldn't be closed as it was closed on behalf of feeling than fact.
